The breakfast provided was freshly made and the hotel property had a wonderful and comfortable decor. The location is perfect for those seeking a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The secluded spot offers a unique experience for those willing to accommodate a 25 minute scooter ride to explore the city center.
The customer service leaves much to be desired. There was no proper welcome or greeting upon arrival and staff seemed more focused on payment than making us feel welcomed.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and comfortable. the breakfast was freshly made and delicious. It was also very quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was a bit far from the main city, but for those who don't mind, it's easily accessible.
The staff seemed uninterested in their guests' needs. We were greeted with an abrupt request for payment upon arrival, without any welcoming gestures.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly, always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The hotel facilities were great and very comfortable. Plus, the cleanliness was top-notch, providing a very hygienic atmosphere to stay in. We also enjoyed the transportation service provided by the hotel, which made it convenient to explore this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was always freshly made and delicious.

The beautiful decor and comfortable room were great features of the hotel. Although a bit away from the town, the location was very peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.
The absence of staff at the front desk at night was concerning, and there was no one available in case of an emergency.

Quiet and relaxing stay. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Close to nature and waterfalls. Beautifully decorated hotel. Great facilities and accommodation. Freshly made breakfast. Amazing gardens and design. Exceptional customer service.
Can't fault anything about it.
